Shopping online at PriceSmart.com is safe and secure, protected by the two leading internet security authorities:

PriceSmart.com is a Certified McAfee Secure website. The website is tested and certified daily to pass McAfee’s rigorous security tests, helping to protect you from identity theft, viruses, spyware and other online threats. The McAfee SECURE™ trustmark only appears when the website has passed McAfee's intensive, daily security scan.

All transactions on PriceSmart.com are protected by VeriSign, the leading Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate Authority enabling secure e-commerce, communications, and interactions for Web sites. Imagine sending mail through the postal system in a clear envelope. Anyone with access to it can see the data. If it looks valuable, they might take it or change it. An SSL Certificate establishes a private communication channel enabling encryption of the data during transmission. Encryption scrambles the data, essentially creating an envelope for message privacy. All transactions on PriceSmart.com are private and secure.

PriceSmart is a membership club and our members enjoy low prices on an excellent selection of high-quality, brand name, U.S., international and local products and services for home and business. Because our members pay an annual membership fee to have access to this low pricing, you must be a PriceSmart member to shop online with us.

Not at this time, unless you plan to pick up your order in the country where it will be delivered. The purchasing member must pick up the order.

No, but you will need your membership number to create a PriceSmart.com account the first time you shop with us. You must login to your account to make purchases on PriceSmart.com. You will also need to present your membership card when you pick up your order.

To change the name, e-mail address, or password associated with your account, sign in to My Account using the e-mail address and password currently associated with your account. To change your email address, enter the new email address and your current password. To change your password, enter your current password and the new one.

If you have forgotten your password, click on “Lost Password?” on the Login screen. You will need to provide the email address and membership number you signed up. We will email your password to the email address you have given us.

At the present time, PriceSmart only delivers merchandise to its warehouse clubs in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Panamá, Trinidad and USVI.

In order to bring our members the best price on merchandise, we are leveraging the existing delivery systems we use to get the merchandise we sell in the clubs to the club locations. Our standard shipping for online purchases (included in the price of the products) involves the same distribution and freight logistics that are used to deliver large quantities of products to the clubs.

Our estimated shipping times are based on several factors, including the origin of the item and your destination warehouse. The average estimated standard shipping time is 30 business days; by adding Express Shipping to an item you can expect delivery in approximately 15 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day.

You will receive a phone call and/or an email when your purchases have arrived at the warehouse you selected during the order process. Remember, if you have multiple items in your order they may not all arrive at the same time.

Not at this time. The member who purchased the items must present his or her membership card, a photo ID and the credit card that was used to make the purchases in order to pick up the items.
